How it works
From address to a published listing

Publishing a listing requires a Ruudud24 account so you can later edit, close and renew the listing.

Choose the property and address
Choose sale or rent and the property type. When supported, Ruudud24 uses the selected address to suggest technical property information from Estonian register services; you review the values before publishing.

Add the listing information and photos
Add the asking price, description and contact details. At least one photo is required; the form supports up to 30 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos.

Publish for €0
The standard listing becomes public without a listing fee and stays active for 30 days. Renewal is free.

The listing form adapts its fields to the selected property type, so apartment, land and commercial listings do not need to share irrelevant fields.
Optional service
Featuring is separate from publishing
Publishing the standard listing remains free. After publication, you can optionally purchase featuring for €1.99 for 15 days. If the paid feature period would run past the listing's current expiry, the listing's active period is extended to the end of the paid feature period. Normal free-renewal rules apply after that.
